GENERAL
I paint in either digital rendered oil painting or sumi ink, I'm open to different styles but it may take longer to do so since I would be gathering more references and get used to the style. I draw female characters mostly, males are considered but not usually. SFW & NSFW is fine. I am unable to draw, mecha, chibi "kawaii" style at the moment.What I won't draw is Furries.All files and additional content as discussed prior of the start of the project
will be sent to the client.PAYMENTS
All payments will be made through VGen, other options can be discussed before the start of the project. 50% down-payment may be requested at the start as a failsafe for both parties, the remaining balance will be at the end of the finished products.Your currency will be automatically converted to my currency, no need to worry about conversion rates.REVISIONS
I am open for revisions and will show work-in-progress, feel free to message me in the given social media platforms I have.Revisions and alterations can be made at any time during the wip, initial Sketch of the illustration will be sent to the client if any revision, alteration and modification is needed.However should a major revision is needed where I am required to redo the entirety or almost the entirety of the illustration an additional fee 50% fee will be issued per workflow needed to be done.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Deadlines will be discussed properly as the artist is not a fulltime artist, work time may be delayed due to other work. Prices might be changed more or less than the original offer depending on the agreed workflow. Please set a large amount of time for a project.Rush works will have an 50% fee because I avoid rushed works and deadlines since I don't have the luxury to work fulltime as an artist, please understand that I will update my work from time to time.Delays will only occur due to major life events such as, hospital stays, family emergencies and/or death of a family to which I will communicate with you about it.USE
All illustrations are A4 size and will be high quality for printing for merchandise purposes ready and included in the Purchase. Monetized and commercial use such as streaming, content
creation and reselling of digital or physical end product will have a 3% and 12% increase respectively.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain a shared rights to your work, I'm able to use your commission as a promotional content for my portfolio and future commissions. Please inform me should consent that I am able to post WIPs(Work in Progress) in social media posts while I work on your project. you may also pay for NDA(Non-disclosure agreement) to ensure I will not post any related work.REFUNDS
Refunds are only applicable during sketching stage, after the confirmation proceeding the sketching stage it is no longer refundable, client may cancel and they will only receive the sketch and Clip file of the unfinished work.Should you wish to cancel before I start on your project you will have refund upon your request.COMMUNICATION
